Mr. Mongeluzo is the Director of expert•visuals, the courtroom graphics and presentation division of JRI. An attorney with over 20 years of experience as a trial and regulatory lawyer, Mr. Mongeluzo manages expert•visuals, helps attorneys refine their case story for visual comprehension, supervises all staff and contractors in the design and production of exhibits, maintains quality control, helps “bullet-proof” exhibits for admissibility, and clarifies legal issues for the creative and design teams.

Mr. Mongeluzo consults with his client attorneys throughout the litigation process, from initial pleadings to final verdict, providing effective support in story development, strategic positioning, demonstrative exhibit planning, still and motion graphics design, video production and courtroom visual presentation.

Mr. Mongeluzo has led the development of powerful visual presentations for court briefs, technology tutorials, patent claims constructions, class certification hearings, settlement conferences, mediations, arbitrations, trial simulations, jury and bench trials, regulatory proceedings, and client presentations.

Mr. Mongeluzo’s clients have included the nation’s leading trial attorneys in antitrust, securities, complex civil litigation, construction defect, criminal prosecution and defense, employment, professional liability, insurance coverage, intellectual property, natural resources, product liability, personal injury, trade secrets and unfair competition. An honors graduate of Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service and the Western New England College School of Law, Mr. Mongeluzo is an author and speaker on the use of visual tools in litigation, and conducts Continuing Legal Education sessions on the subject for attorneys and paralegals.
